Dobongsan located in Bukhansan national park is often passed over as a result of the much more famous bigger brother Bukhansan which is located within the same national park, but Dobongsan should not be missed. I may go as far as to say, if you’re an inexperienced hiker, Dobongsan may be the more scenic and more interesting trail to hike if you aren’t going to take the dangerous back route like we did at Bukhansan. The view from the summit is also much better in Dobongsan as it’s closer in proximity to the city and only Gwanaksan rivals its views in my opinion. Anyways, hope you enjoy this delicious hike.
