Bali is an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beaches and coral reefs. Western Backpacker and digital nomads are amongst the island top tourist locals in the Island. It has been one of the Top list of places to visit for most westerners looking for a warm exotic location.
Kristen Gray is accused of exploiting the Islands laws and trying to financially gain from those exploits by making a “how-to book” showing western tourists how to skirt the laws and enter the country during a global pandemic. Online fury followed suit after a local posted about it online. locals felt betrayed that their hospitality was betrayed for financial purposes.
